Introducing SmartLab Learning

The FACS SmartLab integrates a variety of technologies and media to facilitate STEAM learning. Designed to shift the classroom into a student-centered, project-based environment, the SmartLab curriculum requires students to create goals, plan, and execute projects while collaborating with a partner. Working at their own pace and in areas that interest them most, students practice and build twenty-first century skills, which are critical to their future success.

The FACS SmartLab adds to our rapidly evolving STEAM academic programming options, joining Project Living Classroom and other project-based curricula.
