Girls' Basketball Program Experiences Major Growth

The FACS Lady Crusaders varsity girls' basketball team has had an outstanding season with a win-loss record of 13-3 (6-1), under the leadership of first-year Head Coach Jeremy Moore. This secures the teams No. 1 position in the district rankings for the second consecutive week. With a diverse mix of skill and talent, the team is taking the district by storm and continues to demonstrate growth and discipline with the game.

Coach Moore touts two of their biggest accomplishments as (1) the student-athlete academic success, with over half the team recognized with academic honors, and (2) overall program growth - offering a girls team for grades 5/6 grades, 7/8 grades, junior varsity and varsity.

Next, the Lady Crusaders take on Margolin Hebrew Academy on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at home. Tip off is at 6 p.m. Follow the program's Instagram account @facs_gbb_media for more updates.
