Application & Process
An online application must be submitted for each student (requires a $50 application fee). You will receive an email immediately telling you about the documents you need to gather and submit to the Admissions Office. Once you have completed your online application, complete the following steps.

Pastor Recommendation (PreK-12, pastor submits directly to FACS)

Teacher Recommendation (PreK-12, teacher submits directly to FACS)

Health History Form (PreK-12)

Copy of Preceding Year and Current Year Report Cards (1-12)

Achievement Test Results (2-12)

Administrator/Counselor Recommendation (7-12, recommender submits directly to FACS)

Students applying for admittance in grades 7-12 also must provide a brief Christian testimony.

(if applicable) Copy of current psychological evaluation, if applying for Student Support Services (7-12)

Complete readiness assessment

FACS administrators will determine how students will be assessed. Students may be assessed individually or in small groups.

All new students in grades PreK-12 will be accessed.

A qualified educational professional will administer and evaluate any required assessments. There will be a $20 fee for all assessments.

Complete the interview process

Elementary interviews are at the discretion of the Administration.

Each student entering grades 7-12 with satisfactory test results and a completed file will be contacted to schedule an interview with a designated school official. At least one parent/guardian must accompany the student during the interview.

Receive notification
Parents/guardians will receive oral or written notification of students’ acceptance or rejection for admission.

Finalize enrollment

Parents/guardians of students in grades SrK-12 must sign releases to allow FACS to obtain students’ permanent records.

Each student entering grades 9-12 will schedule an appointment with a counselor in the Jones Guidance Center to select a course of study.

Any student entering grades 2-12 deemed a candidate for Student Services must complete an assessment and submit a psychological evaluation administered within the last two years. Evaluations are kept confidential.

Upon notification of acceptance, a school contract will be available to you for an online signature and payment of the enrollment fee, first month’s tuition, and IT fee (IT fee applies to 7-12 only).

All parents/guardians must have a PraxiSchool account activated for school communications and online payments.
