Students performing community service to be credited toward FACS Guidance Office requirements should follow guidelines and submit verification utilizing the Guidance Office FACS Community Service Form.
If you would like to appeal a decision to deny enrollment in an honors class because of eligility requirements, please complete the Honors Appeal form and return it to The Jones Center.
If you are planning to drop a course and/or add a course to your schedule, please complete the Drop-Add Form and return it to The Jones Center.
If you will be missing school because you are visiting a college or university, you will need to complete a College Visit Request Form and return it to The Jones Center before your absence.
If you need to send a transcript to a college or university, you will need to complete a Transcript Request Form and return it to The Jones Center.
