Parent Teacher Fellowship

The FACS Parent Teacher Fellowship plays an integral role in the overall life of the school.

Among other things, PTF volunteers host weekly prayer meetings, conduct fundraising activities, work with the Guidance and Counseling Office to develop parent seminars, manage teacher appreciation activities, host elementary programs             Carolyn Long(L) and Carol LeQueux

in the fall, at Christmas,        FACS PTF Co-Chairs for 2007-2008

and in the spring, assist our

admissions director with open houses, help with the Junior/Senior

banquet, and host senior kindergarten and high school senior graduation receptions.

Parents, grandparents and guardians can join the PTF at one of the following donor levels: $10 (general membership), $25 (Friend of FACS), $50 (Champion), and $100 (Crusader). Monies raised through membership drives and fundraising activities are allocated by the PTF Advisory Board, which is made up of parents and administrators. Currently, technology is the PTF's major funding focus. The PTF budget also covers staff appreciation, classroom resources, the junior/senior banquet, open house hospitality, and graduation receptions.

April 2-5—Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week

May 1—PTF Spring Program at 7 p.m. in the FACS Auditorium

May 9—PTF Reception Following 7 p.m. Senior Graduation

May 23—PTF Reception Following 9:30 a.m. SrK Graduation
