First Assembly Christian School seeks educators who possess a strong desire to share Christ in every academic discipline, club, community service project, fine arts activity or athletic endeavor.
Our elementary instructors in kindergarten through grade six all hold degrees in education.
In the secondary school (grades seven through 12), strong preference is given to instructors who hold degrees specific to the subjects they teach or who are highly experienced in the specific subject matter and also hold advanced degrees in education. About two-thirds of our secondary instructors hold or are currently pursuing advanced degrees.
We also employ educational assistants and other support staff members who may not be degreed but who demonstrate a high level of competency, have a strong Christian testimony, and work well with students.
